This programme is geared towards emerging leaders, mid-level managers and entrepreneurs leading teams in dynamic environments. The Disruptive Leadership Programme is designed to empower and inspire you to lead with agility. Across 30 weeks and eight transformative themes, the programme equips participants to build essential capabilities in emotional intelligence, collaboration, problem-solving, analytical thinking, resilience and social influence – skills mirrored in the World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Report, 2025.

A Virtual, Instructor-Led Training approach, combined with Self-Directed Learning.
The individual portrait builds self-awareness and adaptability, enabling leaders to strengthen relationships and lead with authenticity.
e-Learning contains interactive elements, creating an engaging virtual learning environment: OmniStack.
A space for reflection peer-to-peer exchange and collaborative problem-solving, ensuring that concepts are reinforced, contextualised and sustained over time.
Allows participants to deepen their understanding by engaging with experts applying concepts to real-world scenarios, and testing their insights against current business challenges.
The aim is for practical application of knowledge and skills, contextual to the participants' workplace, further embedding the learning.
