If you have trained through your company, certificates are handed over to the Project Manager or
Human Resources Department
If you have trained as a private candidate, we will contact you directly.

Your Portfolio of Evidence will be moderated internally. Once this process has been completed we
will request the SETA to conduct External Moderation to verify your results.

Certificates can only be issued once all assessments, moderation processes, and programme requirements have been successfully completed. If you have outstanding work, your facilitator or assessor will advise you on the next steps.

Once the SETA has completed External Moderation and issued their report, the SETA issues
certificates within 6 months.
