This programme allows individuals who are currently operating within the field of ETD to be assessed and formally recognised for their knowledge and skills. Â The programme covers six exit level outcomes which encompass general ETD competencies and allows learners to broaden their exposure to the ETD cycle in a manner that fosters theoodetdpretical understanding, practical application, and reflection for continuous improvement in ETD practices.

Virtual Learning:
The duration of this qualification is 1 year.
Learners will complete knowledge questions, assignments and observations as part of their summative assessment according to an agreed training and assessment plan.
Learners will have the opportunity to interact in group contact sessions and develop their knowledge and skills through peer engagement.
This is followed by individual one-on-one coaching sessions to prepare for the summative assessment.
The programme also offers online tools such as assessment briefing videos and live Microsoft Teams Q&A sessions to support learners during the evidence gathering process.
