This training workshop explores the role of team leaders as an introduction to management within an organisation, and enables them to develop good foundational skills around their role and influencing team members towards performance excellence.
Identify the current strengths and weaknesses in the team, on both a task and a relationship basis.
Examine the five foundations of effective teamwork.
Get the team to experience the foundations in action as they work through the programme.
Develop well-defined action plans and get collective buy-in from all the members of the team to implement these.
