What you will learn

​​This ​skills programme will enable learners to apply the practical skills required in a commercial bakery environment. They will be able to manufacture a range of baked products ranging from various sweet doughs (donuts, chelsea buns) to varieties of breads and rolls. They will also be able to use the various types of equipment involved in this production.
