What you will learn
This training workshop explores the role of team leaders as an introduction to management within an organisation; and enables them to develop good foundational skills around their role and influencing team members towards performance excellence.

Identify the current strengths and weaknesses in the team, on both a task and a relationship basis.
Examine the five foundations of effective teamwork.
Get the team to experience the foundations in action as they work through the programme.
Develop well-defined action plans and get collective buy-in from all the members of the team to implement these.
