Access Criteria: Learners need to be competent against US 115753 Conduct Outcomes-Based Assessment in order to gain access to this skills programme.

Learning Outcomes:

  
- Conduct analysis for learning design.

- Draft learning outcomes for the programme.

- Draft a brief for the development of the learning programme.

- Design the learning programme.

- Plan and prepare for development.

- Develop learning material.

- Develop learning facilitation guidelines.

- Pilot and evaluate the development.

Methodology:  

Face to Face or Virtual Learning:

Learners will have a 1 day orientation session.

Learners will then undertake 3 days of practical classroom-based training followed by a 1-day peer review session (approximately 2-3 weeks later).

On day 5, learners will be able to pilot their learning material, receive peer feedback, complete final evaluations and reflect on the learning experience.
